THE STORY BEHIND THE BOOK —

 My son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in 2023 and is non-speaking. It was my wife’s and my mission to find a way to support him however we can, and that’s when we were introduced to an AAC device. This device has done wonders for our family. Without AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), we had a very difficult time understanding our son's needs. After a few months of modeling, the AAC is now our son’s voice.

We are very blessed to have been able to obtain one, as these devices are not the easiest to get. They’re very expensive for many families and so when I started to think of a way we could help the ASD community, I thought what better way than providing AAC devices to families who don’t have the resources to do so.

Creating a children’s book felt like the right approach and it really touches home. I’m so proud to have completed this book and I’m so excited to finally share it with others along with helping families in need. 

With each purchase of my children’s book, 10% of proceeds will go towards AAC devices for other families.
